Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment and/or order confirmation email.
Shipping
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After shipment of your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for digital files to be delivered to the email provided at the time of your order. Allow 5 to 7 business days for apparel, 7 to 14 days for customized party favor packages, and 10 to 20 business days for bulk orders and other customized items (i.e. Spend the Night Pretty Bags, Slides, etc.). Thank you for your patience! We really do value our customers and strive to do our very best in making your shopping experience a delightful one!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@etpdesignzbymarvy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Potential Service Interruptions
We strive to fulfill every customer's order as quickly as possible but orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Please keep this in mind when ordering last minute items and/or have high expectations for a rapid turnaround time on the products you order from us.
