Please email (info@etpdesignzbymarvy.com) all of the following Information as soon as you place your order here. This information is needed to successfully complete your design and get your product ready for production and shipping. Please copy and  paste as template for email. Be sure to include to following:

1. Full Name of Loved One
2. Full Detail of Preferred Text (i.e In Loving Memory, Always & Forever...etc. Including dates or sunrise and sunset if desired)
3. Favorite Colors (choose one main color and be sure to include any additional color preferences in your email).
4. Logos or Funeral information if desired
5. 3 Pictures to include (please note all pictures may not be used; indicate preference)
6. Full Address and phone number of order contact
